Webinar description

We’re delighted to introduce SWIS (Social Worker Inclusion Software) – our new online platform designed to help social workers and other professionals build a clearer understanding of a child’s needs, work together more effectively and evidence the support they provide.

For too long, safeguarding reviews have highlighted the gaps that can occur when vital information about a child is held by different professionals and is not effectively shared. SWIS has been designed to help bridge those gaps - bringing the professionals around a child together, with the child at the centre.

What if every professional around a child had the same picture? Come and see how SWIS can help make that possible, enabling professionals to:

  • Understand underlying needs through a comprehensive needs analysis that correlates with the Strengths and Difficulties Questionnaire (SDQ), while providing deeper insight into the needs behind the scores.
  • Record the child’s story, including significant events, family circumstances, incidents, professional observations and the voice of the child.
  • Plan targeted support with personalised intervention recommendations.
  • Work collaboratively across social care, education, health, mental health and other agencies, sharing relevant information securely.
  • Record and evidence impact, including professional reflections and changes over time.
  • Create clear action plans and reports to support consistent decision-making and coordinated support.

JOIN US for an introduction to SWIS, where we’ll demonstrate how it can help create a clearer, more joined-up approach to supporting children and young people.
